A close 1 nil victory over Cayman Athletic pushed Elite Sports Club three points clear in the standings after round fourteen of the Cayman Islands Premier League.
Mark Ebanks found the back of the net in the 62nd minute after a cagey first half. Elite moved to 27 points at the top of the standings, three points clear of second placed Scholars international.

A hat-trick by Rolly Bodden propelled Scholars International to a 5-1 win over Cayman Brac F.C.
Bodden hit the target in the 14th, 81st and 90th minutes, while teammates Tom Elliott (3rd) and Norman Williams (9th) also scored.
Tom Elliott had mixed fortunes against Cayman Brac. After scoring the opener, Elliott conceded an own goal in the 62nd.
George Town S.C. 3 Bodden Town F.C. 1
Defending champions Bodden Town slipped to their third straight loss, going down to George Town 3-1.
Kevin Moore opened the scoring for George Town on the stroke of half time before Ricoh Brown levelled the score in the 66th minute.
Seven minutes later Donald Solomon (73rd) scored to give George Town the lead and Tex Whitelocke sealed an impressive victory with the winner in the 82nd minute. For Whitelocke, it was his seventh goal of the season, tied for third in the goal scorer’s standings.

A double strike from Timothy Edwards helped Sunset get past Roma United 3-1.
Edwards pounced on Roma in the 2nd minute, Peter Boda converted a penalty on the stroke of halftime, before Edwards scored again in the 82nd.
Roma got on the score sheet thanks to a Kiegel Atkinson penalty in the 86th minute.
